SELLING CONDITIONS

The general conditions of sale that you read below govern the online purchases of the products made available on the site www.balucosmetici.com, in compliance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments and additions). The seller of the products and the owner of the site is DAP S.r.l.s., with headquarters in Strada provinciale 10, 85029 Venosa, VAT number 02003750763.

When you access the site to make purchases, you are required, before sending order confirmation, to carefully read these Terms of Sale, which are made available to you at all times on the site as well as through links at the time the order is sent.

Sending the order to Balù Cosmetici

It is possible to purchase only the products present on the page www.balucosmetici.com/negozio/ at the time of placing the order, as described in the information sheets relating to each product.

The characteristics and the price of the products on sale on the website www.balucosmetici.com are shown in the data sheet / page for each product. It is understood that the image of the products present in the general catalog and in each sheet has the sole purpose of presenting them for sale and may differ in color and size from reality. All purchase support information (FAQ etc …) are intended as simple generic information material.

To purchase the product (s), you will need:

  • add it (s) to the “Cart”
  • enter the shipping data and any billing
  • select your preferred payment method
  • confirm the acknowledgment and acceptance of the Conditions of sale and the Privacy policy
  • send the order

By sending the order from the electronic platform of the site, you actually declare that you have read all the information we provided to you during the purchase purchase process and that you fully accept these Conditions of Sale and the methods of payment indicated.

Reception and fulfillment of the order

Upon receipt of your order, DAP S.r.l.s. will send you a confirmation email that will contain the order number, the date of receipt, the name of the product (s), the price with indication of the delivery costs, all shipping and billing information, as well as the reference to the these Terms of Sale.

Please carefully check the e-mail received and – if you find non-compliant data – send us an email to info@lumacaregina.com within 12 hours after receiving the email. After this deadline, the order will be processed to be shipped and changes will no longer be accepted.

In the event that one or more products are not available at the time of order fulfillment, Balù Cosmetici customer service will contact you via email. At that point you can confirm the shipment of any other products in your order, or cancel it. If you do not reply to our email within the following 12 hours, the order will be considered confirmed and any further products regularly shipped.

In both cases DAP S.r.l.s. will immediately cancel the amounts (relating only to the missing products or to the entire order, according to your will) according to the payment method you have chosen.
