Balù cosmetic line with very pure snail slime was born from the new business idea of cosmetics sourced locally. Underling this idea, there is a real organic snail breeding, where snails are raised based on their natural life cycle, respecting their time of growth and without using feed or any other product that speed up their growth and alter their properties and quality.
Breeding
This is the Lumaca Regina breeding (www.lumacaregina.com) which was established in 2017 in Venosa, at the foot of Mount Vulture, in a geographical area known for the production of Aglianico wine and for the numerous springs of natural mineral water. The particular characteristics of the soil, of volcanic origin, make the snails of this breeding unique. Therefore, starting from a quality snail we get a quality snail slime, rich in active ingredients. and extracted in purity, without causing any harm to the snails.Ethical quality
The use of Balù's cosmetic line, with the purest snail slime, not only provides users with high-quality products, but also the added knowledge that the snail slime used is ethically sourced from Italian snails, reintroduced into the breeding once the process of extraction of the slime is finished.At the core of our brand is a commitment to ethical sourcing from nature, evident not only in the primary components, but also in the secondary ingredients used in our products. Our philosophy does not include the use of Parabens, Petrolatums, Siliconates or other ingredients harmful to the skin. At Balù, we only utilize vegetable-based or natural ingredients. Furthermore, all of our products undergo testing on sensitive skin to provide consumers with effective and safe options for all skin types, even the most delicate ones.
