airless bottles work through a vacuum system that pushes the product upward without using an internal tube. especially during the first use, the mechanism may not yet be activated, or a small interruption may occur during use.

• press the pump several times (10–15 consecutive pumps) to activate the system and allow the product to rise

• make sure the bottle is on a flat surface during use if necessary, turn the bottle upside down and press a few times to help release internal air
• avoid disassembling the container, as it may compromise the airless system
