ADR / ODR – Dispute Resolution and EU ODR Platform
In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 and Italian and European laws on e-commerce and consumer protection, we inform you that in the event of disputes relating to the performance of a distance contract, you have the option to use the Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR) established by the European Commission.

This platform allows consumers to initiate a dispute resolution procedure with online sellers in a simple, fast, and accessible way, managed by accredited neutral bodies.
Alternative complaints (ADR)
In addition to ODR, you may also use Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedures, as required by Italian and European regulations, before taking legal action. Where specific ADR bodies exist for the sector, they will be indicated upon request.
